About CJ's Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Service
Hello! I’m CJ, a proud South Surrey resident and lifelong dog lover. Growing up surrounded by dogs, I developed a deep passion for animals, particularly our canine companions. My love for dogs has driven me to start CJ's Dogventures, where I can share my passion and provide exceptional care for your pets.

Health and Safety Checks: Before each walk or pet sitting visit, we perform a quick health and safety check to make sure your pet is fit for the activity.
Secure Equipment: We'll use your own high-quality and functional leashes, harnesses, and collars to keep your dog secure during walks.
Local Knowledge: As a South Surrey resident, I am familiar with the best and safest walking routes in South Surrey, White Rock and surrounding areas.
Emergency Preparedness: I am trained in pet first aid and always carry a first aid kit, ensuring your pet is safe in case of an emergency.
Your pet's safety is my priority, and I take every measure to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Before starting any pet sitting services, I will schedule a complimentary meeting with you and your dog at your home. During this meeting, we will discuss your dog's history, health, and temperament, as well as your specific needs and schedule. I will also go over my prices and policies to ensure we are a perfect fit.
Drop-In Visits – Starting at $30
Need a Quick Daily Check In?: Get some love, care, and attention when you can’t be there. Our Check-In Service is perfect for pets who need a little extra care while you’re away — whether it’s a workday, errands, or a short trip. We’ll stop by your home to feed, play, and make sure your pet is happy and comfortable. No stress, no hassle — just peace of mind/

Drop-In Visits – Starting at $30
Basic Overnight – $125 per night
Perfect for easygoing pets who are fine on their own during the day but love company at night.
Includes:
- Afternoon/dinner care and potty break or walk
- Overnight stay and evening companionship
- Morning care, breakfast, and morning walk or potty break
Your pets will have care and attention from evening until morning, and around 8-9 hours on their own during the daytime. Add a midday visit or walk if needed.
Our most popular option for a reason! Great for pets who don’t like long stretches alone.
Everything in the Basic Overnight plus:
- One 30-minute midday walk or visit
This keeps your pet’s solo time to a max of 5-6 hours. Just enough to nap, not enough to get bored.
This one’s for the pups who love a packed social schedule. Great for puppies, seniors, or dogs used to someone being around most of the day.
Everything in the Standard Overnight plus:
- Two 30-minute daytime walks or visits
This means your pets are never alone for more than 3-4 hours at a time. It’s basically a staycation with a bestie.
Standard Overnight – $140 per night
Platinum Overnight – $160 per night

I provide dog walking services in South Surrey and White Rock, BC. From Panorama to the Beach all the way to 184th Street.

How do I schedule a dog walking service?
To schedule a dog walking service, you can contact me via phone, email, or through the contact form on my website. We'll then arrange a complimentary meeting to discuss your dog's needs and finalize the schedule.

What are the health requirements for group walks?
For group walks, dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, free of contagious diseases, and generally healthy. They should also be well-socialized and non-aggressive towards other dogs. Please contact me for a detailed list of health requirements.

What happens during the complimentary meeting?
During the complimentary meeting, I will visit your home to meet you and your dog. We will discuss your dog's history, health, and temperament, as well as your specific needs and schedule. I will also review my prices and policies.

What if my dog has special needs or requires medication?
I am experienced in caring for dogs with special needs and administering medication. Please provide detailed instructions during our initial meeting, and I will ensure your dog's requirements are met.

What should I do if I need to cancel a scheduled walk?
If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Safety is my top priority. In the case of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, or excessive heat, walks may be shortened or rescheduled. I will always communicate with you to ensure the best plan for your dog's safety and comfort.

Yes, I am fully insured and bonded. This ensures that your dog is protected and that you have peace of mind while your pet is in my care.

What kind of equipment do you use for walks?
I use high-quality leashes, harnesses, and collars to ensure your dog's safety and comfort during walks. If your dog has specific equipment they are used to, please let me know, and I can use it as well.

Can I request both group and private walks for my dog?
Absolutely! You can mix and match group and private walks based on your dog's needs and preferences. During our initial meeting, we can discuss the best combination of walks for your dog.

How will you store my key and other confidential information?
Your key and any confidential information will be stored securely. Keys are labeled with a code rather than your name or address for added security. Confidential information is kept private and only used as necessary to provide the best care for your pet.

What days are walks available?
Walks are available seven days a week. I strive to accommodate your schedule and can discuss specific availability during our initial meeting.

Will you cancel walks if the weather is poor?
In cases of extreme weather, such as heavy rain, snow, or excessive heat, walks may be shortened or rescheduled for your dog's safety. I will always communicate with you to determine the best plan.

When is payment due? What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month's services. I accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.

If you need to cancel a walk, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk may incur a cancellation fee.
